Anthony "Tony" Soprano (James Gandolfini) is a moody and violent de facto head of the family of New Jersey criminal Dime, and patriarch of the Soprano family. Tony begins to suffer from depression and panic attacks due to years of stress in their "business", repressed emotions and a difficult childhood, which is treated by psychologist Dr. Jennifer Melfi (Lorraine Bracco). John "Johnny Sack" Sacramoni (Vince Curatola), Phil Leotard (Frank Vincent) and "Little" Carmine Lupertazzi (Ray Abruzzo) are important members of the family criminal Lupertazzi of New York, sharing a lot of business with me.
